English Programs

Consistently, through one-on-one conversations, surveys, and questionnaires, our community has expressed a deep passion to learn English.  Motivation is rooted in a desire for economic opportunity, a desire to communicate with their children more fully, and a desire to participate in their community in meaningful ways.  Our main English class program is called Share Your English.  Our volunteers are not professional teachers, they are people dedicated to sharing something they already possess with our community for a greater purpose.

All of our English programs exist as a safe place for native Spanish speakers to come with any education level and hopefully leave feeling enriched and as though they have grown in their sense of identity, community, and in their ability to communicate across cultural lines better than when they first began!
